Description:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated General Manager for our busy limited-service hotel on the Oregon Coast. This individual with a track record of management success will have an exciting opportunity to lead our staff and provide our customers with the finest service! We need a leader who thrives in presenting new and creative ideas to boost revenue and build good relationships with guests to ensure repeat business. Our ideal applicant is dedicated to providing excellent service and has at least 5 years of hospitality experience, preferably in a hotel management role. As the general manager, you will be responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, task assignment, and coaching/counseling our staff. Responsibilities: • Build and develop a high-performing team through hiring, training, and ongoing coaching • Track key performance indicators and adjust plans to meet business goals • Collaborate with ownership/executive team on strategic planning and reporting • Create and sustain a strong culture of customer service and operational excellence • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Can juggle multiple priorities without losing focus or momentum • Prior experience in general or operations management • Proficient in operational tools, systems, and performance metrics • Ability to lead with integrity and motivate teams toward shared goals • You must have previous experience in a manager role overseeing a team, preferably in a hospitality role • High school diploma or equivalent GED; degree in hospitality or related field of study preferred • Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with an exceptional customer service experience • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills • 5+ years of experience working in a hotel or the hospitality industry required Compensation: $68,000 - $72,000 yearly
