Role: RCM/Pt Accounting 3M Sr. Support Analyst

Duration: Subcon (3-6 Months)
Job Description:
Required 8+ years of hands-on support experience in 3M 360, 3M CRS and 3M HDM
Experience working with hospital admitting systems
Strong working knowledge of HL7 interfaces, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and modifying HL7 messages as needed
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Server functionality, troubleshooting and diagnosing issues.
Experience in new 3M implementations as well as server migrations
Experience working with ADT, ORU, FTP interfaces and transfers
3+ years' experience in Cerner integrations and issue resolution
Ability to review interface and system logs to diagnose and correct issues including but not limited to active directory files, batch jobs failures.
