Akkodis is seeking a Sr Technical Consultant for a Contract with a client in Santa Clara, CA(Remote) . Candidate must have deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Service Mapping to lead endtoend architectural solutions.
Rate Range: $80/hour to $83/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Sr Technical Consultant job responsibilities include:
- Leads the architecture and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Service Mapping solutions.
- Oversees customization, configuration, and optimization of ServiceNow modules to ensure scalability and performance.
- Designs and manages integrations with enterprise systems such as LDAP, AD, SAP, and APIbased applications.
- Guides development teams through technical leadership, bestpractice adoption, and highquality coding standards.
- Evaluates and enhances ServiceNow environments by reviewing data models, workflows, and governance practices.
- Supports client engagements by providing expert recommendations on platform strategy, automation, and architecture.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
- Strong background delivering ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Service Mapping solutions across enterprise environments.
- Proven capability to architect and integrate ServiceNow with systems such as LDAP, Active Directory, SAP, and API-based platforms.
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise in CMDB design, discovery patterns, scripting, and workflow administration within complex ServiceNow ecosystems.
Pay Details: $80.00 to $83.00 per hour
