Tittle:Test Manager

Remote Role

Duration:6-8 months contract to hire

This position will be remote, but preference will be given to candidates that live in the New Jersey area.

Preferred Experience:

ServiceNow Test Management experience a plus

Utilities experience a plus (as in experience working for a Utilities type company)

Must- Haves(Hard Skills):

8+ years of experience as a Test Manager

Thorough understanding of testing/QA techniques, practices, and processes. Experience with planning and leading QA efforts for a program or large complex projects.

Thorough knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle process.

Prior experience managing large, complex, testing efforts crossing multiple departments.

Must- Haves (Soft Skills):

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) both internally to the project team and leadership.

Ability to provide necessary support to the gathering and writing of accurate, complete test materials.

Strong business analysis skills for capturing business/clinical scenarios and translating them into test cases and scripts.

Detail oriented with strong analytical skills with an ability to organize and communicate thoughts clearly.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Project or similar project management tool

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection and other guidelines where appropriate.

Degree Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
