Experience designing surveys and developing survey items to ensure accurate measurement of user experience metrics
Strong statistical analysis skills, including descriptive statistics, regressions, ANOVA, and t-tests, to generate actionable insights from research data

Overview: The Quantitative UX Researcher will possess expertise in the development, management, and analysis of large-scale tracking surveys. A bachelor's degree with a minimum of seven years of relevant experience in user experience research, a master's degree with a minimum of five years of relevant experience, or a PhD with a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required.
Responsibilities:
Design, manage, analyze, and produce reports for large-scale, primarily tracking surveys
Effectively manage and prioritize research within ambiguous and rapidly changing environments
Generate effective insights to inform both ongoing and prospective research initiatives
Develop comprehensive research reports
Prioritize and manage research in fast-changing environments
Generate actionable insights for ongoing/new research
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience in user experience research, Master's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or PhD with 2+ years of relevant experience
Demonstrated experience coding with R, particularly the Tidyverse package
Experience in survey design and item development
Experience applying statistical analysis methods, including basic descriptive analysis, regressions, ANOVA, and t-tests
Demonstrated interest in and experience executing hands-on, primary research
Proficiency with Google Suite applications
Experience with Python coding is considered advantageous
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Statistics, Human-Computer Interaction, Social Sciences)
