Regional IBB Lead Coordinator
AmbaFlex Global Customer Service proactively takes care of our customers (System Integrator & End-Users) and focuses on what is coming into our installed base to keep it in optimal condition. We monitor the projects and applications that provide valuable information about our strategic business choices for the future. With project management on the large-scale material handling projects, timely support for technical questions or issues that arise during installation and operation, and by providing value-added solutions, with high-quality spare parts and life-cycle support, we ensure and increase loyalty to our brand. We are here to build lasting relationships with our customers and installed base to prepare them for the next sales interaction that adds value to their processes based on AmbaFlex technology.
As the Regional Install Base Business (IBB) Lead Coordinator you manage the leads out of our installed base in the service sales funnel and manage them into opportunities. You will qualify leads and collect relevant information that is required for Life Cycle Management. In order to prepare for related actions and offer the required solution for the customer as soon as the opportunity reaches probability. It's a dynamic and result-driven role focused on proactivity of our service activities and contribute to a higher level of customer satisfaction with the users of our products.
