About Payliance

Payliance provides an integrated portfolio of payment processing, risk management, and recovery solutions for merchant organizations of all sizes. Our payment processing and risk management businesses drive synergistic growth across multiple industries, including consumer lending, online gaming, and e-commerce.

We are expanding our team and seeking a Project Manager to help deliver our customer-focused product strategy. In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of new platform features that positively impact both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own project delivery-not just tracking-ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, on budget, and meet or exceed program expectations.
  • Lead projects from initiation through delivery, including planning, coordinating review meetings, analyzing feedback, and securing approvals from stakeholders, including go-to-market and executive teams.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple projects with internal and external resources.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate issues and risks to ensure successful delivery.
  • Provide clear and timely status updates to internal and cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and manage expectations.
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong business relationships critical to project success.
  • Oversee post-release activities through the warranty period.
  • Operate effectively where there is no playbook-solicit input, define what needs to be done, and build processes as you go.
  • Act as a self-starter who can figure things out on the fly, wear many hats, and thrive in an environment without defined processes.
  • Bring a business analyst mindset-understand how things work and drive process improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in financial services and/or technology, with at least 2+ years of project management experience.
  • Strong technical aptitude and eagerness to understand the outcomes being delivered.
  • Background in payments and/or lending is a plus.
  • Proven ability to leverage metrics and data for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as ASANA (preferred), Salesforce, Confluence, and JIRA.
  • PMP or other project management certification is a plus, but not required.
