Project Manager - Imaging:
On behalf of our healthcare client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager - Imaging for a permanent role. This position is a remote position with the office located in Chicago, Illinois.
Project Manager - Imaging - Job Description:
This position is responsible for facilitating successful project delivery, including the planning, scheduling, execution, and closing of all assigned projects within established budget and schedule. Utilizing Project Management methodologies, the role involves managing all project team members to deliver solutions according to project scope and goals.
Project Manager - Imaging - Responsibilities:
• Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously leveraging required and available resources as needed.
• Direct and manage project development and progress from beginning to end.
• Guide teams as they work with project sponsors and business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, tasks, milestones, budgets, and measures of success.
• Establish project governance with key leaders and stakeholders and facilitate governance activities.
• Act as liaison between IT stakeholders to strengthen understanding of business-aligned goals.
• Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes.
• Plan, estimate, and control project costs, including resource planning, to ensure project is delivered on time and within budget.
Project Manager - Imaging - Mandatory Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, healthcare, or related discipline.
• At least six years of project management experience required with significant experience managing cardiology and/or radiology projects
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma Certification required within one year of hire.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient and functional knowledge of MS Office and Project Management software.
• Ability to execute project management leveraging Lean process improvement methodology.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels in the organization.
Project Manager - Imaging - Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Professional in Project Management (PMP) or Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Demonstrates strong knowledge and competency regarding lean tools, methods, and mindset.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
