This person will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, data platform teams, and compliance functions to ensure that our data is trustworthy, well-managed, and accessible for analytics, operations, and AI initiatives across the organization./ppWhat Youll Do:/pulliDefine the long-term product vision and roadmap for data governance and MDM capabilities, aligning with enterprise data strategy and business outcomes/liliTranslate business, regulatory, and technical needs into clear product requirements for governance services, including metadata management, data lineage, data catalogs, data quality monitoring, and access policies/liliPartner with data engineering teams to design and implement scalable governance frameworks and MDM solutions that support self-service analytics and compliance/liliLead the development of master data models and entity domains (e.g., customer, account, product, location) in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders/liliEstablish and track success metrics for data quality, stewardship effectiveness, metadata completeness, and adoption of governed data domains/liliChampion data ownership models, stewardship frameworks, and governance policies consistent with DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM, or data mesh principles/liliCollaborate with Security, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to privacy regulations, data retention policies, and access control standards/liliInfluence enterprise data strategy by promoting a culture of data accountability and enabling governed, reusable data products across business units/liliCommunicate complex governance concepts to executive audiences using clear, value-oriented storytelling and ROI-driven narratives/liliDrive adoption of governance and MDM platforms through user training, documentation, and change management initiatives/li/ulpWhat You Have:/pulli8-10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on data governance, data platforms, or master data management/liliDemonstrated success delivering cross-functional data initiatives that improved business outcomes, data quality, and regulatory compliance/liliFamiliarity with modern data stack architectures, including cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery), transformation tools (dbt), and orchestration frameworks/liliStrong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority and align diverse teams around a unified vision/liliExperience defining and tracking product KPIs and using data to inform prioritization and roadmap decisions/liliBachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)/liliA passion for building scalable, user-friendly data products that empower decision-making and foster trust in data across the organization/liliB2B experience is a plus/li/ulpNice To Have:/pulliDeep understanding of data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM) and MDM best practices, including golden record management and data stewardship models/liliHands-on experience with MDM technologies (e.g., Reltio, Informatica MDM, Semarchy, Profisee) and data governance platforms (e.g., Collibra, Alation, Atlan, Ataccama)/li/ulpThe national cash compensation range for this role is $200,000 - $260,000*.
