Job Title: Maintenance Technician - Third Shift
Location: Near Evanston, Illinois
Shift: 2nd - 10% Shift Differential
Pay Rate: $30-$33/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing equipment, including:
  
  • Press brakes
  • Hydraulics
  • Lathes
  • Mills
• Diagnose mechanical and hydraulic issues and implement timely repairs to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Assist with installation, setup, and calibration of equipment
• Perform routine inspections and safety checks
• Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to support operational goals
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with:
  
  • Press brakes
  • Hydraulic systems
  • Lathes and mills
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work third shift and be available for overtime when required
