Compensation: $28-$30 per hour + overtimeEmployment Type: Part TimeJob Summary: On-call truck driver operators to haul various materials throughout the Anchorage area. The ideal candidate would be an experienced end/side dump operator with knowledge of Snow & Ice Management operating an end/side dump or loader or plow truck.Likelihood of 40+ hours a week and some Davis Bacon wages.Our Operators should be able to:* Must have experience with End Dumps, Side/Belly Dumps.* Knowledge of End/Side Dump truck operating systems and safety devices.* Knowledge of daily pre-trip "walk arounds" and completion reports.* Must have the ability to work all hours of the day or night while working on call, and be able to work safely and proficiently.* This is an on-call position - must be able to respond within a 2 hour call out.* Must have an iPhone or Android.To be considered for the position:* Class A or B CDL is required with air brakes and current medical card.* You need to be able to demonstrate your knowledge of the Anchorage Area, and Mat - Su Valley.* You should be persistently punctual.* Must have a smart phone and reliable transportation to work.* You must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and submit to random testing.* Be committed. Our operators will be able to work all weather conditions, days, and/or nights.
