Track and review employee documents for accuracy and completeness./pp2. Answer phone, transfer calls to appropriate individuals, take messages and distribute to appropriate personnel./pp3. Order and inventory uniforms and office supplies./pp4. Sort outgoing and incoming mail and faxes./pp5. Filing and organization of employee personnel files and all office related documents./pp6. Responsible for general housekeeping and organization of the office./ppIn the absence of the Office Manager, calculate and process employee pay checks and make invoice payments./ppType correspondence and other written communication in a professional manner, to our customers and management team./ppSupport and assist other members of management as necessary./ppCheck McDonalds/MRD email daily./ppAssist with new hire orientations, including employee onboarding into the computer system./ppSome travel throughout the Anchorage area when required./ppAll other duties as assigned./ppQualifications:/ppTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to complete and pass a federal background check required./ppEducation and/or Experience:/ppHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED). Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel and office equipment such as fax/copy machines and switchboard. Employee must have valid drivers license and insurance./ppMathematical Skills:/ppAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to create and interpret spreadsheets./ppReasoning Ability:/ppAbility to solve practical problems and to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form. Ability to work under supervision, in groups, and independently./ppLanguage Skills:/ppMust be able to communicate proficiently, effectively and clearly in both verbal and written forms. Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions, correspondence, and memos in English.
