Perform a variety of tire services and repairs on customer vehicles. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. Pay Range: $15.30 - $30.70 Commission Eligible.
Perform tire mounting, balancing, rotation, and repair as directed by the Service Manager. Assist with inventory management by loading, unloading, and organizing stock. Participate in training programs to stay updated on industry best practices and safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Perform other duties as assigned.
Previous experience with automotive tires is preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to lift and move tires weighing up to 250 pounds with or without mechanical assistance. Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and demanding work conditions. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Successful completion of pre-employment drug test, physical exam, and background check.
