Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree: Degree in IT related field desirable. Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience Required Technical Skills: Telecommunications and video experience with AVAYA and ZOOM platforms. IP based telephony, PBX platforms, Digital Voice Platforms.
Security Clearance Level: Agency specific - Public Trust Required Skills and Abilities: Communication and problem solving. After hours call out - support. Preferred Skills: Voice and Video technologies
Location: On Customer Site (Anchorage, Alaska)

The likely salary range for this position is $76,500 - $103,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
