About the Leadership Program The Fast Track to Management Program prepares you to grow from
Financial Professional into
Associate Partner (management), with a structured development path and ongoing support. You'll gain financial expertise, leadership skills, and recruiting experience while building and mentoring your own team.

- Must reside in Northern California and meet licensing requirements (training provided)

- Year 1 - Financial Professional: Primarily commission-based compensation with training allowances available
- Associate Partner (Management): Base salary typically ranging from $75,000-$150,000, plus bonuses and additional compensation tied to team production, recruiting, and development success
- Field Manager income potential increases significantly based on performance, with bonuses, incentives, and recognition programs

ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do • Start your career as a
Financial Professional, building strong client relationships while developing skills in business development and financial guidance.
• Help clients navigate key financial needs, including
retirement planning, investments, and protection strategies.
• Complete
paid training and required licensing, including insurance and FINRA registrations.
• Progress into a
six-month management training program after your first year.
•
Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of financial professionals, supporting their growth and long-term success.
Qualifications • Prior sales, business ownership, or management experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree a plus, but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Commitment to professional and personal growth.
• Ability to pass state insurance licensing and FINRA registrations (training and support provided).
• Must reside in Northern California.
