Senior Salesforce Experience Designer

Description:
- Salesforce UXD Certification preferred
- Skilled practitioner with expertise in the design, production and presentation of Salesforce user interface designs that support the needs of the customer
- Proven ability to effectively communicate abstract concepts to audiences that are not skilled in a UX discipline
- Demonstrated experience with human-centered design patterns and methodologies, including but not limited to Salesforce domain
- Extensive knowledge with Agile software methodologies.
- Comfort with utilizing one or more recognized Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, kanban, etc.) or toolsets (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
- Comfort with ambiguity, complexity, and passion for challenges
- Detail-oriented self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Working knowledge of design tools such as Axure, Figma and Adobe CS
- Portfolio to show examples of Salesforce design work and other UX design work using Axure RP
- Ability to travel occasionally for workshops and meetings
- Experience in Insurance, FinTech or Financial Services, as a User Experience Designer, leading large, enterprise-wide work efforts across a multi-disciplinary team
- Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
