We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to join a small plaintiffs' firm in Harrisburg. They are a small law firm that provides small-firm service with big-firm experience and results!

If you are driven to fight for your client's rights, this is the firm for you. They efficiently handle matters, and keep the client's costs low because of their willingness to explore alternatives to expensive litigation. When appropriate, they use a variety of methods such as negotiation, arbitration, and mediation to keep clients out of court and avoid high-cost legal battles. But, when it is time to fight it out in court, they are ready, willing, and extremely capable because of their ability to deliver real experience and real results

This is primarily an in-office position, with the opportunity for limited hybrid work.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from ABA accredited institution and admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
• Excellent legal research and writing abilities;
• bility to work as an individual and as a part of a team on behalf of clients;
• bility to work under a deadline in a fast-paced environment;
• Commitment to plaintiff-side work.
