Description:

The New Business Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing a multi-channel Property and Casualty sales staff towards the achievement of monthly and annual production goals. This role focuses on driving sales growth, developing team performance, and supporting the continued expansion ofthe American Veterinarian Medical Association account. The Sale Supervisor plays a key role in training, mentoring, and managing Account Executives while ensuring the highest standard of professionalism, service, and compliance.

This role has an anticipated start date of March 2026.

Your Impact:

  • Monitor, manage, and report activity and production output for all Account Executives to ensure annual sales goals are met or exceed.
  • Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to Account Executives; establish clear performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and deliver ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Review and approve time-off requests, bi-weekly timecards, and performance appraisals; implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with IT and internal departments to define user requirements, test and implement system enhancements, monitor system performance, and identify and resolve issues.
  • Represent Pearl Insurance at trade shows, conventions, and conferences as needed.
  • Coordinate with Marketing to create and distribute new targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with executive leadership to coordinate and execute sales contests, business initiatives, and performance strategies.
  • Maintain current knowledge of insurance industry trends, products, and best practices through continued education, networking, and professional development activities.
Successful Candidates Will Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional liability and/or Property & Casualty insurance experience with demonstrated sales or leadership success.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence outcomes.
  • Professional designations such as CIC, CPCU, CRM, ARM, or CISR are preferred.
  • Some travel required (a few trips annually) to attend key AVMA events, conferences, or team meetings.

In addition to the pay range below, this role is also eligible for commission.

Pay Range:
$44,400 - $49,350 Annual

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for this role.
