Were looking for music and pop culture enthusiasts to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Part-Time Assistant Manager Level 1, youll support the store leadership team in providing excellent customer service, helping fans find the merchandise they love. Youll also assist in training new staff, supporting daily operations, and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages repeat visits, leveraging your product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Step in to lead on the sales floor and support store operations as needed.
• Open and close the store, ensuring smooth operations.
• Process sales transactions, promote add-on sales, and manage register functions including closing out and reporting shortages or overages.
• Understand sales goals, KPIs such as UPT and ADT, and contribute to achieving them.
• Assist with store layout, merchandising, and planogram updates.
• Share fashion and music trend insights with management and HQ.
• Work with management to prevent theft and ensure store security.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and a tidy store environment.
• Support team development and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Store Leader.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience, with a passion for music and pop culture.
• Strong communication, time management, professionalism, and leadership skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
