divh2Job Title/h2pThis position provides a wide variety of cleaning services and other related duties required to keep the facilities in a clean and orderly condition./ph3Responsibilities/h3pClean, sweep, mop, vacuum, sanitize and/or restock hallways, stairways, offices, food preparation or break areas, offsite areas, restrooms, public areas or other work areas as assigned./ppDust both low and high areas, and wipe down or cleans various surfaces./ppRemove and transport trash to appropriate disposal areas./ppUse appropriate equipment and cleaning solutions for all tasks./ppMaintain a clean and orderly cart and storage areas./ppReplenish guest supplies and amenities as required./ppHas ability to recognize and use proper PPE for the job task./ppAdhere to all safety policies, requirements and training./ppReport any material discrepancies, damage and/or theft to the manager or maintenance department./ppOther duties that are pertinent to the department or units success also may be assigned./ph3Qualifications/h3pHigh school diploma or GED equivalent./ppAt least 6 months experience that demonstrates a working knowledge of cleaning equipment and general cleaning processes./ppThe ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, callouts, etc./ppMust be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English./ppstrongWorking Conditions and Physical Requirements/strong/ppWeather: Indoor/Outdoor (Occasional exposure to moderate weather conditions)/ppNoise level: Moderate/ppOffice conditions: Pace of work environment: Medium/ppCustomer Interaction: Medium/ppDescription of environment: Administrative office buildings/ppFrequently required to walk and stand.
