oin Allstates Litigation Services team as a Paralegal Specialist, where your contributions will be essential to delivering strong legal outcomes and exceptional service to our clients.

Based in Texas (Dallas OR Houston), this remote role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys on high-impact insurance defense cases involving bodily injury claims. You'll take ownership of the litigation life cycle from answering complaints and managing discovery, to preparing for arbitration and trial. With access to hands-on training and mentorship from a collaborative team of paralegals and attorneys, youll build deep expertise and grow your career in a supportive, fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage litigation files from inception through resolution, including trial preparation
• Draft and file pleadings, respond to discovery, and support motion practice
• Order and track medical records; coordinate expert review and disclosures
• Prepare arbitration
