divh2Creative Designer/h2pGummicube, a division of Airship, works with top app developers around the world, and as a Creative Designer, you will have the opportunity to impact the success of some of the biggest brands in the App Store and Google Play Store!/ph3What Youll Do/h3ulliUse expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator), Figma and Sketch/liliEdit and manipulate image assets quickly and efficiently to create a variety of visual mockups for client deliverables/liliCollaborate with internal project teams to understand and execute the project strategy/liliUse your eye for design and ability to think creatively and originally/liliWork with a variety of assets and adhere to branding guidelines/liliAnalyze and articulate data-driven creative methodology strategy/li/ulh3What Were Looking For/h3ulliAt least 2-5 years experience in a design company, advertising agency or in-house creative environment/liliBachelors degree in related field or equivalent practical experience/liliMust provide a design portfolio of previous design work or other examples/liliPossess expert fluency with the following design programs: Adobe Photoshop; Adobe Illustrator; Sketch; Figma/liliAbility to multitask, prioritize projects, and communicate progress under tight deadlines/liliAbility to receive internal team or client feedback and revise designs accordingly/liliStrong written and verbal communication skills/liliSelf-motivated team player capable of producing original ideas/liliExcellent organization, collaborative and project management skills/liliFamiliarity with current visual design trends and how to apply them/liliAbility to thrive in start-up environment with minimal direct supervision/management/liliHigh attention to pixel-perfect detail/liliSolid working knowledge with Google Productivity Apps (Docs, Sheets and Slides) and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)/liliAbility to create and/or manage execution of video ads for social such as Facebook, Instagram ads (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, other)/li/ulh3Wed Be Delighted If You Also Have/h3ulliFamiliarity with the Mobile Industry; Apple App Store and Google Play Store/liliInterest in both iOS and Android apps and the mobile gaming space/liliUser experience and responsive web design/liliAdditional knowledge in Blender or other 3D modeling programs is a plus/liliMust have a good understanding of Gummicube business and be committed to helping Gummicube change the mobile marketing landscape/li/ulh3Work Location Travel Requirements/h3pAirships Digital First approach to work means that for the majority of our roles, work can be performed remotely, either some or most of the time. Base pay is part of your total compensation package and is dependent on multiple factors, including: relevant skills, work experience, business priorities, market demands, and location./ppThe starting salary range for this position is: $65,000-$70,000.
