As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly voice and reliable connection for patients, physicians, and insurance providers -- helping ensure community members receive the home medical equipment and supplies they need. Your work will make a real impact on people's health and comfort every single day.

What You'll Do

  • Receive and process home medical equipment and supply orders.
  • Coordinate with physicians, insurance payers, and internal departments.
  • Verify insurance coverage and obtain prior authorizations.
  • Accurately enter data and maintain patient records.
  • Provide exceptional service both in person and over the phone.
  • Represent ProCare with professionalism, compassion , and a sense of urgency.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a motivated professional who:
  • Has excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Is organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
  • Thrives under pressure with a sense of urgency and purpose.
  • Enjoys being part of a collaborative, mission driven team.
Preferred experience
  • Insurance verification and prior authorizations.
  • Medical billing (Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care).
  • Experience in a healthcare or medical office environment.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Excellent phone and interpersonal skills (required).
  • Type at least 45 wpm; 10-key by touch preferred.
  • Two years of DME/HME or healthcare experience preferred.
  • Strong computer and data entry skills.
