Responsibilities
The primary purpose of this position is to provide efficient and courteous service to each customer and maximize room revenues during the Night Audit shift. Prepare financial reports, analyze discrepancies, and generate backup reports. Also effectively execute guests check?in and check?out, answer questions about hotel rooms and rates, and respond to guest requests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent GED; prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and problem?solving skills
