Position Title: Retail Customer Service Associate

Location: Anchorage, AK

Pay: Starting at $16.00 Per Hour

Schedule: Scheduled vary depending on availability between the hours of 11am and 7PM Monday - Sun

Term: This is a temp to become permanent position

Number of Hours - Full and Part time available

Summary - Retail Customer Service Associate

This position supports front-end operations, processing, and donation receiving, ensuring the efficient flow of merchandise while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.

Job Duties - Retail Customer Service Associate

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting and engaging with customers
• Operate cash register and point-of-sale (POS) system, handle transactions accurately, balance cash drawer, and complete daily register reports as required.
• Restock merchandise, create displays, and maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor
• Receive, sort, and price donated goods
• Ensure sales floor, fitting rooms, donation and production areas, and restrooms are clean, safe, and efficient.

• Must be able to pass background check and drug screen that test for marijuana
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Regularly lift 10-35 pounds
• Must be available during operating hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
