Serve as first point of contact for People Mover. Responsible for providing accurate route and schedule information and responding to questions in person, via phone, mail and e-mail with patience, courtesy and professionalism. Conduct pass sales, processes cash and credit transactions according to policy and procedures. Work with a diverse population including English as a Second Language (ESL) populations, seniors and people with a variety of disabilities. Collect and dispose Lost and Found. Assist with preparation of various reports. Require knowledge of Anchorage streets and landmarks. Exceptional customer service and communications skills. Perform other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications / Substitutions / Preferences High school diploma, GED, or equivalent and eighteen (18) monthsof experience in office clerical work.
