Assist the public with the circulation of materials. Help meet the material needs of patrons through circulation: charging, discharging, and library card registration. Provide technology assistance, quick reference assistance by using our Integrated Library System or the Online Public Access Computers. Assist patrons with the Self Checkout Machines, copiers, our website, databases, and occasionally our Automated Handling System. Provide support to understaffed Library locations and completing special projects. Assist with Library programs both inside and outside the Library. Resolve any questions patrons may have in regards to their account such as long overdue/missing materials or accepting fines and fees by using the cash register, card reader, preparing and taking bank deposits.
