Description:

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities: The primary responsibilities will include managing reservations, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth booking operations. You will be responsible for: • Greeting guests warmly and professionally upon arrival. • Managing room bookings, cancellations, and modifications using hotel reservation systems. • Providing accurate information about room rates, availability, and hotel amenities. • Handling guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently. • Resolving guest concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout their stay. • Collaborating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met. • Processing payments and maintaining accurate records. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in hospitality or front desk operations is preferred but not required. Qualifications: Skills & Competencies: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Previous experience in customer service, reception, or front desk roles is an asset. Compensation: $17 - $18 hourly
