divh2Janitor Position At Southcentral Foundation/h2pNANA Management Services (NMS) is seeking a dedicated and meticulous Janitor to provide essential environmental services at the Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Wasilla Medical Clinic. This critical role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients, SCF staff, and visitors within the clinic. The successful candidate will perform comprehensive cleaning and disinfection duties, ensuring compliance with NMS standards, health and safety regulations, and contributing to a positive, healthy atmosphere at a vital healthcare facility./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliClean, sweep, mop, vacuum, sanitize and/or restock hallways, stairways, offices, food preparation or break areas, offsite areas, restrooms, public areas or other work areas as assigned./liliDust both low and high areas, and wipe down or cleans various surfaces./liliRemove and transport trash to appropriate disposal areas./liliUse appropriate equipment and cleaning solutions for all tasks./liliMaintain a clean and orderly cart and storage areas./liliMay assist in laundry and/or linen removal./liliReplenish guest supplies and amenities as required./liliMay scrub, strip, extract, wax and buff all types of floors using appropriate equipment./liliMay change light bulbs and perform light facility maintenance./liliHas ability to recognize and use proper PPE for the job task./liliAdhere to all safety policies, requirements and training./liliReport any material discrepancies, damage and/or theft to the manager or maintenance department./liliOther duties that are pertinent to the department or units success also may be assigned./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliHigh school diploma or GED equivalent./liliAt least 6 months experience that demonstrates a working knowledge of cleaning equipment and general cleaning processes./liliThe ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, callouts, etc./liliMust be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English./li/ulpPreferred Qualifications/pulliA valid drivers license with a 3 year driving record acceptable to the companys insurance carrier./li/ulpWorking Conditions and Physical Requirements/ppWeather: Indoor/Outdoor (Occasional exposure to moderate weather conditions)/ppNoise level: Moderate/ppOffice conditions: Pace of work environment: Medium/ppCustomer Interaction: Medium/ppDescription of environment: Administrative office buildings/ppFrequently required to walk and stand.
