The Role

Performing ticketing operations and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for patrons.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs proper selling procedures and provides high quality customer service during ticketed events, achieving customer satisfaction.
• Opens and or closes ticket window as required.
• Accurately dispenses tickets as requested by patrons; accepts credit card payments.
• Maintains accurate count when selling hard tickets or accesses computer for count of computer printed tickets.
• Efficiently and courteously answers questions concerning prices, seating, and events. Gives information concerning coming attractions.
• Must be able to work every Thursday for Thursday Night at the Fights, 6pm-10pm.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have ability to take directions and effectively perform the work.
• Must have sufficient math ability to accurately count.
• Must have basic working knowledge of point of sale systems.
• Must speak and understand English well enough to converse with customers, supervisors, and employees.
• Must have a pleasant personality and a neat appearance.
• Must be able to stand or walk for the duration of shift.
• Must be able to carry and lift up to 50 pounds.
