Job Details

Manage multiple remote Alaska airport construction projects concurrently from NTP through as-builts / closeout. Lead project planning, site mobilization, materials logistics, field labor workflows, and contractor sequencing. Direct trenching, ground grid installation, conduit/raceway routing, foundations, and shelter placement. Integrate aviation weather system components into installed civil infrastructure. Manage subcontractors, schedule, budget, change orders, and cost controls. Work with engineering CAD drafters to ensure drawing packages and site conditions stay aligned. Maintain FAA specifications, government contract compliance, safety practices, and QA/ QC documentation. Drive reporting cadence status, risk, issues, next actions to client and internal leadership. Deliver full closeout packages including photos, redlines, and as-built documentation. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
