Position
Parts Warehouse Coordinator

Description

Parts Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for a variety of duties that support the Parts Department's daily operations.

  • Order pulling, shipping, receiving, putting up stock, and pressing fork lift tires.
  • Inventory Control to include cycle counts of stockroom, vans, and customer consignments.
  • Process inbound and outbound parts returns.
  • Assist with year end processing and reporting.
  • Maintain records, files and a clean and safe working environment.
  • Basic computer system operation to maintain inventory.
  • Assist customers and service technicians with existing orders.
STARTING PAY: $24.00-$27.00 / HOUR DOE

Position Requirements
  • Successful candidates should possess strong organizational and priority management skills, computer experience, and the ability to efficiently handle a high volume workload.
  • Industry experience preferred.
  • HS/GED preferred.
  • 2 years customer service experience.
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass drug testing.
  • Must be able to lift up to 80lbs.
  • Able to bend, squat, climb, reach and distinguish colors.
  • You must be able to sit at a desk for long periods of time working on the phone, with computers and hand written papers.
