The Quality System Manager (QSM) is responsible for maintaining Pegasus' FAA Part 145 Repair Station compliance, overseeing all quality assurance, auditing, and training system functions. This role ensures the integrity of Pegasus' maintenance, repair, and operational programs, supporting both regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate holds an FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license and brings hands-on experience with Boeing and Airbus aircraft. As a key leader within our maintenance organization, the QSM may occasionally perform duties as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) to support operational requirements. Responsibilities. Ensure company compliance with FAA, EASA, JCAB, CAAC, and other foreign aviation authority regulations.
