TDL Staffing is hiring Maintenance Assistants to support a maintenance team at a residential housing complex in Anchorage.This is a great opportunity for someone who's reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn a skilled trade.What You'll Be Doing:

• General maintenance and light repairs
• Painting, landscaping, and debris cleanup
• Basic plumbing and appliance repair
• Assisting with various building upkeep tasks
• Using hand tools and following direction from lead staff

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Is willing to learn and work hard
• Has basic hand tool knowledge
• Communicates well and works well with others
• Is dependable and shows up on time

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, proof of insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle
• Basic hand tools
• A background check is part of the hiring process
• Drug-free work environment
• Construction or maintenance experience is a plus
