In this role, the individual will apply organizational and technical skills to support internal and client-facing teams, manage project timelines, track progress, and ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned projects. The Project Manager will demonstrate a strong understanding of the organizations culture, operations, and client services while identifying opportunities to enhance process efficiencies and implement scalable solutions. Responsibilities also include streamlining and improving organizational processes, cultivating relationships with internal team members to maximize collaboration, and executing projects, tasks, and annual goals successfully.   • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of project management experience delivering complex projects successfully, with solid knowledge of project management methodologies and risk mitigation.
  • Solid technical expertise in Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Smartsheet, and the Microsoft Office Suite for project tracking, collaboration, and reporting.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and manage competing priorities.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to travel as required and adapt quickly to new technologies, systems, and dynamic business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possession of a current certification in Project Management preferred. Examples of designations include but are not limited to Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Six Sigma, or equivalent.
  • Experience in Microsoft Power Platform.

Your responsibilities as the Project Manager will include:

  • Plan, organize, and manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and successful outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, milestones, and documentation using tools like Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project deliverables, track progress, and prepare status reports for leadership.
