Hope Community Resources, Inc. is a non-profit disabilities service provider based in Anchorage, Alaska. Founded in 1968, our company provides services and supports to people of all ages and abilities who experience an intellectual, developmental, or other disability, traumatic brain injury, or mental health challenge.

We are seeking a Mental Health Clinician in Anchorage, AK to provide individualized therapeutic services, including interventions, education, and skill-building activities that leverage each person's strengths.

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus Available!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct mental health assessments, screenings, and referrals
  • Develop and implement treatment, safety, and positive behavioral support plans
  • Provide staff training and consultation on mental health best practices
Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday
  • In-person only (no telehealth)
Requirements

Requirements:
  • Licensed or license-eligible in one of the following: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPA, LMHC, LPCC, LCPC
  • Two years of experience working with individuals who experience developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, traumatic brain injury, or similar populations required. Experience working with children, adults and families preferred.
  • A professional license appropriate to field of specialization required, or the ability to obtain it within two years of employment.


If pursing a license, we can support candidates with a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Child & Adolescent Psychology. We are not able to support candidates pursuing degrees in Social Work.
