Operations runs 24/7 schedules are based on seniority and availability. Must possess mechanical tools and toolbox. Pay: $36.00/Hour. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision plans, quarterly tool allowance, vacation time, annual wage increases, and a 401K plan. Uniforms are provided. Key responsibilities include inspecting and repairing vehicles, hydrating electric equipment, repairing non-motorized equipment, programming the Rapid Charger, repairing tires and wheels, performing quality control checks, maintaining records, driving service equipment, and performing accident inspections. Qualifications include 3 to 5 years of mechanical experience, a valid US driver's license, the ability to read, write, and speak English, comfort lifting/moving 70lbs, flexibility to work variable shifts, and comfort working in all weather conditions. Working conditions include exposure to moving mechanical parts, high voltages, high hydraulic/pneumatic pressures, loud noise levels, fumes, airborne particles, hazardous substances, and precarious places. Physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, using hands, climbing, balancing, talking, hearing, digging, shoveling, lifting, bending, stooping.
