Pay Range: $144,393.60 to $223,787.20

Hiring Range: $163,779.20 to $229,278.40
Pay Range: $163,779.20 to $262,038.40
Summary of Job Responsibilities: The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Director of Information Technology is responsible for leading and developing information technology strategies and policies to advance the organizations automation and electronic information objectives and ensures effective, efficient interface of systems and IT function. This position has two (2) levels designed to provide progressively more responsible and independent work experiences. Progression between job levels is based on the demonstrated ability to successfully handle more progressively responsible assignments.
General qualifications
SCF programs are established to serve a primary population comprised of Alaska Native people who are affiliated with Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) and Alaska Native and American Indian people within SCFs geographical service area. Employees should have a thorough understanding of the cultures and the needs of this population. Such knowledge is critical to ensure the achievement of SCFs vision of a Native Community that enjoys physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness, and mission of working together with the Native Community to achieve wellness through health and related services:
