Director Of Staff Development

Position Summary The Director of Staff Development (DSD) is responsible to plan and implement facility orientation, job skills training, in-service education, and a Certification Training Program (if applicable) for the nursing assistants as required by regulations. Work with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Administrator to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
