Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Duration: 12-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $25–$27 per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8+ hours per day (as needed per business requirements)

Job Summary:

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Anchorage, AK. In this role, you'll support customer service operations and sales order processing while coordinating closely with production and planning teams. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate order information, ensuring timely delivery updates, and assisting with invoicing and data accuracy in our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general administrative tasks to support customer service and order entry functions.
• Provide customers with regular updates on open orders and coordinate with Production for status follow-ups.
• Track and maintain records of asset deliveries and invoicing.
• Work with Production, Buyers, and Planners to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Address and document any licensing issues reported by customers in the support database.
• Maintain and enhance data integrity within the MFGPRO system.
• Utilize Manufacturing System tools and principles to identify and drive process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, order management, or administrative support within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems (experience with MFGPRO is a plus).
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across departments.
