GCR operates 9 Stores, 2 Bandag Retread Plants, and 5 Off-The-Road Tire Repair Facilities in 5 states, along with managing tire programs at several remote mine locations. In short, GCR operates anywhere mining equipment is operated.

Position Summary

Perform a variety of tire services and repairs on customer vehicles. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Pay Range: $14.90 - $29.80

Commission EligibleCommission Eligible. Bridgestone reserves the right to modify, change or eliminate the entire program or any part of it at any time.

Responsibilities

* Perform tire mounting, balancing, rotation, and repair as directed by the Service Manager.

* Assist with inventory management by loading, unloading, and organizing stock.

* Participate in training programs to stay updated on industry best practices and safety procedures.

* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

* Previous experience with automotive tires is preferred but not required.

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Ability to lift and move tires weighing up to 250 pounds with or without mechanical assistance.

* Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and demanding work conditions.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

* Successful completion of pre-employment drug test, physical exam, and background check.
