Apply principles of accounting to process various transactions, responsible for ensuring all accounting data is processed in a timely manner each closing cycle. Understand the contracts pertaining to the units, various POS systems, and sales activities. Completion of monthly reconciliations and billings as needed. Attention to detail is critical for this position in order to ensure accurate accounting data. Responsibilities Read and understand all types of contracts for billing processing and revenue reporting. Gathers, analyzes, compiles and summarizes transactions for accurate and timely recording in the company financial records. Prepares and posts inventory, accruals and general journal entries when required. Reconciles activity to the underlying documents to ensure transactions are consistent with contract terms and GAAP. Reconciles balance sheet accounts monthly, including bank accounts and unbilled.
