Accounting Functions:Prepare and review general ledger and bank account reconciliations. Maintain, organize, and update financial records. Prepare, post, and review journal entries. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes. Support the development and improvement of accounting policies and procedures. Develop and manipulate complex Excel spreadsheets for reporting and analysis. Billing & Project Support:Audit and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper coding. Provide rate validation and billing support based on contract terms. Maintain monthly profitability reports for multiple projects. Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure accurate billing and reporting. Create and submit invoices to customers. Review and record payments from customers. All other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
