Responsible for all personnel-related activities for the department including hiring, creating and presenting AHD orientation for new employees, process evaluations, maintain confidential employee files, provide guidance to supervisors on confidential human resources information, process training requests, create and administer exit interviews and process termination paperwork. Work with upper management to compile and report strategic goals of the department to top administration, plan and implement special projects, and initiate and advise Director and Division Manager of applicable reports and/or queries to help upper management make decisions on prioritizing personnel-related decisions.
