Security Officer
Hiring Range: $18.74 to $24.36
Pay Range: $18.74 to $27.17
Summary of Job Responsibilities:
The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Security Officer is responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for the protection of employees, customer-owners, and visitors by protecting the property against illegal entry, theft, disturbances, fire, harm, and vandalism. The Security Officer enforces policies, provides assistance and direction, responds to emergencies, and protects property through access control, patrols, crime prevention activities, and investigations of unusual activities. They play a critical role in ensuring a positive and safe experience for everyone on site.
Qualifications:
SCF programs serve primarily Alaska Native people affiliated with Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI), and Alaska Native and American Indian people within SCF's service area. Employees should understand the cultures and needs of this population to help achieve SCF's vision of wellness and its mission of working with the Native Community to promote health and related services:
Native Preference:
