Create and submit billings to customers by their prospective due dates and the deadlines of the accounting department. Maintain related spreadsheets to track billing. Process daily cash receipts. Maintain saved folders for invoicing and cash receipts. All other duties as assigned. Required (Minimum) Qualifications: Experience with Deltek Costpoint or similar software. Two (2) years' experience in receivables. Equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to use Government websites. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
