Seawolf Athletics is a member of the Great Northwest Athletic Conference (GNAC) and competes in multiple NCAA divisions. The Seawolf program features 13 teams competing at both the Division 1 and Division II levels. To thrive in this position, you must have excellent organization skills and knowledge of social media platforms. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the candidate should be able to work independently as well as in a team. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail) and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) is expected. The position requires the ability to work evenings, weekends and occasional holidays.
To be eligible for student employment at UAA, a student must:
GNAC and NCAA required learning modules completed within 30 days of the job start date. UA Safe Title IX certification or certification completion within 30 days of the job start date.
This recruitment is open to undergraduate students only. This position is located on the UAA campus in Anchorage. This is a part-time, non-exempt student position, up to 20 hours per week, $11.88 per hour. This is a pooled position and applications are reviewed as needed.
