Anchorage, AK | Body Shop

Swickard Collision Center is looking for an experienced Body Shop Estimator to join our team in Anchorage!

Estimator responsibilities:

Demonstrating a high "HQ" (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.

Examining damaged vehicles to determine the extent of structural, body, mechanical and interior damage.

Write accurate estimates using CCCone estimating system.

Create repair orders, order parts and manage files in Profitnet management system.

Serve as the communication point between customer, insurance and in-shop technicians.

Provide great communication and service in order to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction scores

Must be knowledgeable about the Direct Repair Program (DRP) requirements.

Answer incoming phone calls and communicate with customers and insurance companies in a friendly and professional manner.

Skills Needed to Win:

2+ years collision estimating experience required

Proficient computer and typing skills

A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational skills and detail orientation

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
