The Guardianship Case Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of client cases in guardianship status with Tribal Court. This includes coordination with Case Workers, development and monitoring of service plans to ensure the consistent provision of quality services in alignment with client-directed goals and objectives, and facilitation of internal and external resource referrals for legal guardians appointed by the Tribal or other Court Systems.
