Overview

The Fairfield Inn & Suites, managed by Northwest x Southern Hospitality (NSH) is looking for a courteous, customer service driven, energetic, and motivated Housekeeping Inspector to join our hospitality team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide supervise cleaning personnel and inspect hotel guestrooms, bathrooms, corridors, and lobbies.
  • Assign work to cleaning personnel and train personnel in housekeeping duties.
  • Post room occupancy records.
  • Adjust guests' complaints regarding housekeeping service or equipment.
  • Write requisitions for room supplies and furniture renovation or replacements.
  • Report need for room redecoration to Executive Housekeeper.
  • Examine carpets, drapes and furniture for stains, damage, or wear.
  • Check and count linens and supplies.
  • Record inspection results and notify cleaning personnel of inadequacies.
  • May also perform cleaning duties.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience and 1 year of supervisory experience preferred. Prior hotel or hospitality experience required.

Benefits and Compensation

  • Salary: $16.00 per hour
